1100sf, single story guest house that's a couple minutes from the town of Rifle, yet backs up to vast open space. Sheltered from view of the highway by trees, boasts tremendous sunsets over the Roan Cliffs, and views of the Hogbacks and Mamm Peak. "R Farm" is a developing farm w/ sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats. The guest house is adjacent to our family home and near the barn. Abundant opportunities for local outdoor enthusiasts exist or simply stay and enjoy the abundance.

This is a simple cabin-home is located 7 miles up from the Colorado river on Sweetwater Creek. Three more miles up the road is Sweetwater Lake and the jump off area for the White River National Forest and the Flat Tops Wilderness area. Glenwood Springs is 32 miles down creek/river. Great access to hiking, floating, biking (Glenwood Canyon) and hunting, or best yet relaxing next to a beautiful creek. Brink's Outfitters at Sweetwater Lake has horses and guides for riding.

The Sage House, our gorgeous, modern, mountain home on the Roaring Fork River in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. With Gold Medal Waters right in our own backyard, our beautiful home is perfect for fly fishing, rafting, paddleboarding or just relaxing. Like to bike ride? So do we. There’s a bike path directly from our backyard and the Rio Grande Bike trail just a mile away and goes all the way to Aspen. STR# 23-018

The guest area includes the entire basement of our home, with it's own private entrance, a living room area, bathroom and laundry facilities as well as a small kitchenette area stocked with breakfast items. The white river and fishing are within walking distance. We are surrounded by beautiful hiking and biking areas. There is an outdoor patio space to enjoy the peace and quiet of the white river valley.
