Less than 30 min. to PHX Sky Harbor airport and downtown Phoenix, including MLB spring training baseball fields. Driveway parking, private entrance, private kitchenette, bathroom, and walk in closet. Space has a Queen Bed in the Bedroom and an optional Queen Air Mattress and pack and play provided. Wifi, TV and Roku included for streaming. Personal AC and heater.

Centrally located to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, bars, hospitals, 10 minutes from Cubs and Oakland A's spring training stadium. Mile from Historic downtown Gilbert with food, bars and entertainment. Located two miles from Banner Gateway Hospital. We are just off the U.S. 60 and Val Vista road. Severe pet allergy! Please consider other locations if traveling with a pet.

Our clean comfortable home is situated in the east valley. Close to restaurants, freeway and shopping. A king bed and double hide-a-bed in living room to accommodate 3 people. Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot in the suite. There is no access to a full kitchen. Per Airbnb’s policy, we want you to know we have a camera with exterior video surveillance. No animals. Pickleball set included with plenty of courts nearby - feel free to use! There’s plenty of things inside the space to make you feel at home for you to use. I even have an Amazon Echo in the room for you to jam out to music during the day or use white noise for bed.
