Enjoy all that Ky Lake area has to offer! Condo is located at Big Bear Resort. It has an open concept living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & fully equipped kitchen. The living space extends to the deck, overlooking the lake, with additional seating & gas grill. There are queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms; 2 full beds in the third. Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.

Beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a private dock on Kentucky Lake. Home is located on the waters of Little Bear Cove. It is the perfect place to enjoy time away with your family read a book or enjoy a cup of coffee on one of the outdoor spaces with a beautiful lake view or enjoy soaking in the hot tub. The home is 1/2 mile from cedar hill market and 3 miles from Moors! Dock is accessible by boat during summer pool (Memorial-Labor Day). Water levels vary, it is controlled by TVA.
