When Glendale was first established, this lot was designated as a temporary home for visitors, emigrants and travelers. This allows 6 guests to sleep comfortably. There is a kitchen, dining space for 8, and living space with couches and chairs. The house also has washer and dryer. The front of the house has a car port for covered parking.
