The studio is ideal for business or vacationing as it is located between the many businesses in Goleta and the numerous attractions in Santa Barbara.

We are a ten minute walk from Devereux beach, UCSB and its lagoon, and only an 8 minute drive from both the Santa Barbara airport and Goleta Amtrak station.

This is a cozy garden studio 10 minutes walk to the private beach and 10 minutes drive to Santa Barbara. It’s a great place for a retreat. The studio has a kitchenette, bathroom, comfy queen bed, and french doors opening up to a private sunny sitting area. It has a parking area and a pathway to the entrance. There are endless paths for walking or riding bikes on the beautiful More Mesa preserve, short walk from the studio.
