Take an early morning stroll along the bluffs above the ocean waves in the iconic college beach town of Isla Vista (can be a bit rowdy during the school year!). Our cozy studio retreat is a perfect home base for exploring the beautiful Santa Barbara area beaches, Spanish-style downtown, mountain hiking, and coastal foothills. We are a ten minute walk from Devereux beach, UCSB and its lagoon, and only an 8 minute drive from both the Santa Barbara airport and Goleta Amtrak station.

Newly remodeled bedroom (with cal king bed), attached bathroom, patio with private entrance, and self check-in. Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.

Have fun with the whole family and your furry friends at this stylish pet friendly place. Located 15 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara. The Bradford comfortably sleeps 8. The backyard is made for entertainment as well as games. The full kitchen is stocked with all you need for family dinner or just a romantic dinner for two. Nestled among the oaks with stunning canyon views, our 14x16 foot canvas tent sits on a 28 foot redwood deck. The porch, cantilevered into the trees is a fantastic place to enjoy your morning yoga or coffee ritual, read a book, or relax with a glass of rosé. NO SMOKING ALOUD / NO ANIMALS
