(If you have time, take a day trip to New Orleans, which is only an hour and 45 minutes away!). Welcome to Mobile! Enjoy this entire well maintained condo in the heart of Midtown Mobile close to three major hospitals and just minutes from downtown. Community clubhouse with pool, grill area and work out room is available. My bookings come with a welcome basket . It is available for short term and longer stays. This 1100 sq foot apartment is located in the top of our barn. It is very nice and fully furnished with a well appointed kitchen. Our barn is a working barn with 3 horses that come and go. I will allow a pet but must approve and there is a 75.00 pet fee. St Francis Church is a 3 minute drive and the Grand Hotel and Little Point Clear a 5-7 minute drive. Downtown Fairhope is a 5-7 minute drive and a straight shot from my farm, - Gulf shores/Orange beach is 41 minutes away.
