The lakefront unit has a separate entrance from the owner-occupied floor and features a gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, parking for two cars, porch and grill.

Stay with us and experience Grand Lake without all the travel and logistics to find rides into town. Reminder: there are NO ride-shares or public transportation. This historic 309-square foot cabin was built in 1932 for men working on the Shadow Mountain dam. When we found it, we knew this would be the perfect getaway. Our cabin is 4 miles from downtown Grand Lake! It's a short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing, the beach and kayak/boat rentals. Head to Rocky Mountain National park to hike and see wildlife or stay home and enjoy s'mores around the fire. On a clear night the stars are absolutely breathtaking!
