On the 3 acre wooded lot, you may want to set inside and enjoy the view of the outside from the many windows or swing under the tree and enjoy nature. You can go for a walk or a bike ride on the quiet country road or take a walk around the 1.6 mile reservoir, fishing is also an option. We are just 15 minutes from Fremont, Tiffin and Bellevue. It's a quick 20 minutes to Coastal Lake Erie and the beautiful islands, and only 40 minutes to Cedar Point. Located along the Sandusky River, you can spot one of the many eagles or enjoy a quiet sunset along the waters edge.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 and has one queen bed and one queen pull out couch bed. It is located next to wonderful neighbors in a dog friendly neighborhood. Off street parking is available through alley, acces behind the apartment. It is a charming place to stay on vacation or traveling for work!

There are plenty of places nearby to explore, or just sit and relax while looking out the back window to see if any deer are visiting the backyard. Within walking distance is Hedges-Boyer Park where you’ll find walking trails and a creek. Only a 5 minute drive to both Tiffin and Heidelberg Universities. Downtown Tiffin is at the end of the street where you will find many local shops and eateries.

This little gem sits on 2 acres of beautiful land with mature trees. Our little cottage is only 500 sq. ft. So it’s ideal for 2 people but will accommadate up to 4 (2 kids or 1 adult on futon). We are just 1/4 of a mile away from W.W. Night Nature Preserve for morning or evening walks! We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!
