De studio "De Roos" is compleet en sfeervol ingericht en bevindt zich in een landelijk gelegen woonboerderij, aan de rand van stad Groningen. Een fantastische plek om als uitvalsbasis te benutten, te werken of tot rust te komen. Er zijn 2 fietsen beschikbaar voor gasten (stadscentrum: 20 minuten fietsen). Openbaar vervoer is op loopafstand. Parkeren is gratis. Er is een groot groen erf met een boomgaard, weiland met poel (en bankjes), kippen, haan, schapen en een lieve hond (stabij).

Het Bongo vakantiehuisje is een heerlijk licht en ruim appartement (70m2). Via de eigen ingang kom je binnen in de hal. Via de trap kom je uit in een volledig ingerichte keuken met o.a. afwasmachine, Nespresso-apparaat en wasmachine. Links is de badkamer met regendouche, wastafel en toilet. De slaapkamer heeft voldoende kastruimte en bevat een 2-persoons boxspring. In de woonkamer vindt u een eettafel, tv en slaapbank. Ook kunt u genieten van de grote privé-voortuin met loungehoek en eettafel.

Een eigen keukentje met koffie en thee, koelkast en oven/magnetron, een eetkamer met toegang tot de intieme stadstuin vol bloemen. Privacy met een eigen badkamer en toilet. Je bent binnen 5 minuten in het centrumgebied gelopen!

Het is 1 van de mooiste plekjes aan het meer met de bijzonder mooie avondzon over het schitterende Paterswoldsemeer. Het is een zeldzaam en rustig plekje.

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

De accommodatie, met eigen ingang, is recentelijk gerenoveerd en is helemaal ingericht voor een comfortabel verblijf. Gedurende de zomer zijn de ruimten heerlijk koel en tijdens de winterperiode behaaglijk warm. De accommodatie ligt op loopafstand ( 5 min.) van het station ( trein + bus). Met de auto is de accommodatie uitstekend bereikbaar, op korte afstand van het Juliana plein, waar de A7 en de A28 elkaar kruisen. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein.
