Die moderne Küche lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Ein eigenes Duschbad sowie ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es vor dem Haus. Ein Sprung in den Schlachtensee ist fußläufig möglich.
