Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. Es empfängt Dich ein ehemaliger Stall, jetzt eine hallenartige Diele mit besonderer Atmosphäre: Hier findest Du die kleine, stilvolle Ferienwohnung, eingebettet in ein schönes Naturensemble. Bekannt wurde dieses Haus, als 1976 die bekannte Schauspielerin Elisabeth Flickenschildt ihren Traum als Bäuerin auf dem Lande hier verwirklichen wollte, jedoch schon 1977 verstarb.

Schöne Zweizimmer Wohnung vor den Toren Hamburgs. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen Sie in ca. einer 1/2 die Innenstadt von Hamburg. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Der Bahnhof Halstenbek mit kostenlosen P+R Parkplatz ist ca. 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Flughafen ist mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten für Gäste befinden sich gleich in der Nebenstraße. Zum aus- und Einladen darf gern bei uns geparkt werden.

Wolltet Ihr schon immer mal in einem mobilen Tinyhaus übernachten? Dann ist das die perfekte Gelegenheit, einen Aufenthalt vor den Toren Hamburgs zu gestalten. Das Tinyhaus befindet sich direkt an der Grenze zu Hamburg. Mit der S-Bahn (S3 Station "Krupunder") seid Ihr in 17 Min. in Altona und in ca. 20-25 Min. an der Reeperbahn oder an den Landungsbrücken am Hafen. Die S-Bahn ist ca. 10 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Mit dem PKW seid ihr schnell auf der A23 (Ausfahrt "Krupunder/Rellingen").

Die Wohnung bietet 3 Schlafzimmer, ein großes Bad, eine Wohnküche und einen geräumigen Flur. Stabiles Glasfasernetz ist vorhanden.
