This 2 bed stone cottage has private parking and is spacious, light and airy. Conveniently arranged with just two steps to each floor. The sitting room has a wood burning stove, tv, dining table and french doors that lead onto the conservatory. Large twin room with bathroom ensuite, double room, shower room, living room and kitchen/diner.

We offer a newly refurbished self-contained flat (in our garden) with a Double Size bed, separated living room with an open kitchen, a shower room and a two seats sofa bed, and a single foldable mattress which can be placed on a metal frame in the living room. Free parking next to our main house garden fence. Buses on the main road 10 mins to city centre, 20mins to the Uni of Leeds.

Just a short walk to the local train station taking you directly to Leeds or Bradford, or by car to surrounding towns of Ilkley, Otley, Malham Cove or Harrogate.
