Our modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom north facing home is an entertainers delight. Open plan living with a great indoor/outdoor flow located in a peaceful setting only a mere 10min walk from 90 Mile Beach. Boasting a large deck with bbq and outdoor seating for those alfresco, summer vibes. Comfy lounge sofas, 65" smart TV to enjoy, at your leisure. Ahipara boasts a height of outdoor activities from surfing the points, fishing, surfcasting and beach walks with incredible sunsets.

Panoramic views 4 bedrooms- 90 Mile Paradise

Enjoy the panoramic views of shipwreck bay, 90mile beach and the Tasman ocean. This 4 bedroom house is newly renovated with a nice spacious kitchen and modern bathroom. Three bedrooms have ocean views, as well as the lounge and kitchen. You will never tire of this amazing view!!! Located 5 mins downhill is a lovely swim spot , white sand beach or some lovely rockpools for children to play. Ahipara has a lovely children’s play ground and pump track.

Pams Place

A sunny 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house in the centre of town. Only 1 min drive and easy walk to the main shopping area of town. Two outside decked areas to enjoy coffee or a few drinks. Handy to all shops, restaurants and cafes, hospital, Police station and court house. Perfect place to stay for tourists or professional people. The house is fully furnished with air conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms and ample parking.

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.

Located on the shores of the tranquil Mangonui harbour with Doubtless Bay beaches very close by. She (the cottage) is cute and eclectic with spaces to sit, relax and enjoy the view and location. Its a short walk to Mangonui village shops and cafes. The covered courtyard at the rear of the property is private, furnished and with a Weber BBQ to enjoy outdoor dining.
