Wall mounted smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There are several country pubs within walking distance all serving good food. The nearest being a short 2 minute walk away. Beautiful walks from the door onto Thurstaston Common, Royden Park. Regular local bus and train services into Liverpool.

The accommodation is best suited to one or two guests, however, the use of a sofa bed is available for guests not wanting to share or for larger parties for a short stay. Sea view is less than a 2 min walk to the beach, Marine Lake and the many bars, cafes, restaurants and bistros that West Kirby has to offer. The 2 double bed 1st floor apt is well appointed and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen is well equipped and the separate lounge is a perfect place to relax. Guests can request later checkout and where possible we will accommodate.

The views from the apartment are amazing. You are next to the sailing club and near several golf courses . Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The walks in the area are many and you have direct access to the beach from the garden. Don’t leave your dog at home. I love well-behaved dogs and they will love the beach. The apartment is very quiet being well away from the main road.
