Minutes to Riverwalk, Kelly's Beach, downtown Prescott and Scuba park. Beautiful 180' tree top views of St. Lawrence River and surrounding area from focal point: “The Look-Out” windows. Freshly painted and refurbished with new Queen in primary and Double bed in 2nd bdrm. Equipped kitchen (no dw), 4 seat dining room, den with 40' smart tv. Please see photos.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place on the end Black lake. Cabin overlooking the water with 2 rooms & 2 lofts on 50 acres. 32'×20' patio with grills to cook on, lots of patio furniture to lounge on. Kitchen, and dining room inside along a bathroom that has a washer and dryer. Access to the river, a dock, amazing fishing off the dock or from Kayak's, paddle boards, a canoe and row boat available. Big yard for outdoor fun, trails to hike on, fire pit at night, fun for everyone!

Great for family gatherings as adjacent unit can be co-rented, providing opportunity to create memorable times with loved ones. Docking available for fishing and boating. Firepit for evening enjoyment. Relax and enjoy the abundant resident water fowl and spectacular sunsets. I am unable to accommodate pets.

Field Camp

Enjoy a stay at Field Camp! Two sleeping cabins, a suds shack (full bathroom) and screen house in a rural setting await! Nestled behind our seasonal (February-early June) working commercial greenhouse farm, ask for a tour during your stay. Field Camp is a great place to land while visiting St. Lawrence University, SUNY Canton, SUNY Potsdam or Clarkson. Close to the St. Lawrence River for world class Bass Fishing. Cabins have outside electrical outlets and plenty of parking for boat trailers.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. Mid-term stays Nov-June. Nautical-themed, luxurious and romantic 1 bedroom suite. Enjoy your own 1100 sq/ft space in downtown Prescott (1 block from the River). With an industrial, modern design, this space showcases unique and custom art, literature and partial river views. NOTE: Unit access is from the exterior stairs only. This unit is on the 3rd level and is not recommended for individuals that may struggle with stairs or heights.

Great fishing and hunting year round, 300 personal acres plus another 2500 acres of State Land for snowmobiling, snowshoeing, hiking, cross country skiing, hunting, observation of wildlife or just relaxing. Neighbors to the Amish Community and our Canadien friends.

Park Street Studio- walk to SLU and village

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located Studio Apartment. One block from SLU campus and our Village Main Street attractions. This studio is a great spot to hang your hat if you plan on spending most of your time out and about enjoying the area with friends and family. Please be aware that the studio is a unit in an apartment house that is fully occupied. You may see or hear other tenants while staying here.
