The Farmhouse Tiny Home offers luxury and simplicity. It has a Master Bedroom with a Queen bed, bathroom with full sink, toilet, and shower. Around the corner is a “Flex Room” with Murphy Bed. Upstairs is a spacious loft with three twin beds. Full kitchen, living room with TV, Broadband Wifi, and outdoor deck with rocking chairs overlooking the beautiful Piney River. The fun outdoor space includes a fire pit with bench seating, Adirondack chairs, stringed lights, and your private gas grill.

Wee Nook- a Hobbit Hole

Wee Nook is a 360 square foot living space with a full kitchen and bathroom. It is tucked underground in the middle of the woods. Please come enjoy the woods, farm animals, trails, pond and wide open space while you're here! As JRR Tolkien said: “In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbit-hold, and that means comfort.”

Little Spring Cabin - designer waterfront stay

A designer creekside cabin nestled on a limestone bluff. Escape to 3 acres in nature just 50 minutes West of Nashville. Relax to the sounds and views of Little Spring Creek. The property has 2 cabins, a dock, 2 fire pits, 3 decks and an RV hook up. Inside the main cabin you'll find a uniquely designed space with gorgeous treetop views, walls of windows and a wood burning stove. The guest cabin is a bunk room with a designated workspace. The hot tub is on the lower deck overlooking the creek.

Come visit us at the ranch where horses, cattle, chickens and Randy the pig meander around the farm. Our tiny house is just past the pond for extra privacy but beautiful views of the ranch. Windows throughout so you can enjoy nature from every space. We have hiking trails, fire pits and beautiful sunsets. The new tiny house was just completed in the fall of 2025. From the plush queen size mattress to the fireplace near the leather sofa and cow hide rug you'll find it a cozy space to stay!
