The Alaskan Ranch house

Alaskan Ranch house is in the heart of Anchorage located across from the Far North Bicentennial Park, Anchorage’s largest park, with 100 miles of multi-use trails and important connections to Chugach State Park. It is also adjacent to the Historic F-Bar-J horse ranch. Access is not included/permitted but view from the property is. This unique country cottage is 1600+ sq ft with 2 bed/2bath and media loft room. There is basement apartment with its own separate entrance. Come be our guest !

Close to airport and Kincaid Park trails, enjoy panoramic views of the Chugach Mountains from the great room or the wrap around deck. The main level features a full kitchen, living & dining areas, a bathroom with walk in shower, bedroom with a king bed & a full size washer and dryer. The upper level has an additional bedroom with full size bed, & a sitting loft overlooking the main level. Occasional airplane noise.
