Über eine Treppenleiter gelangen Sie in den Schlafbereich mit einer 140x200cm Matratze. Angrenzend zum Eingangsbereich befindet sich eine kleine aber vollwertig ausgestattete Küche. Ein modernes Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung und Tageslicht rundet die Wohnung ab. Eine Waschmaschine + Trockner kann für 4€ pro Waschladung mitbenutzt werden.

Unsere komplett neue und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung verfügt über eine vollausgestattete Küche , ein Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Schlafcouch und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und geräumigem Kleiderschrank. Von all diesen Zimmern genießt ihr einen schönen Blick über unseren wunderbaren Bodensee, der in jeder Wetterstimmung verzaubert. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer bodenebenen Dusche, Waschtisch und WC ausgestattet. Unsere überdachte Loggia lädt ein zum Verweilen und den Seeblick zu genießen.

Wir bieten in unserem ehemaligen, neu umgebauten Stall eine einfache, aber mit allem ausgestattete 44 qm große Unterkunft für unkomplizierte Gäste. Unser Hof liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Umgebung. Wir betreiben eine Bio Landwirtschaft mit Kühen, Hühner, Pferde und Katzen. Unser Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein und bei Regen gibt es eine überdachte Sitzgelegenheit. Für ein Kind ist ein Schlafsofa vorhanden, auch ein Reisebett kann untergebracht werden. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Auf 80 m² Wohnfläche finden Sie somit alle Einrichtungen einer komplett und luxuriös ausgestatteten Mietwohnung. Die umliegende Gastronomie und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten des Dornbirner Zentrums werden Sie mit Sicherheit begeistern!

Idyllisches Gästezimmer mit Sauna/Allgäu, Bodensee

Die Gästewohnung mit Blick auf das angrenzende FFH-Gebiet befindet sich in unserem Haus in einem abgetrennten Bereich (Schallschutztür) mit separatem Eingang. Ihr kommt per Code jederzeit in die Wohnung und schließt sie mit dem Code ab. Das Zimmer und Bad haben Fußbodenheizung bzw. Kühlung im Sommer. Ein Babybett (120x60 cm) sowie ein Hochstuhl sind auf Anfrage vorhanden. Die Sauna kann dazu gebucht werden (25€ für einen Slot, ca. 3-4 Stunden inkl. Saunatüchern).

In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

Ferienwohnung Rheintalblick mit Self-Check-In

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern (10 und 16 Jahre) und wohnen im Zentrum eines kleinen netten Dorfes. Die zu buchende Unterkunft ist eine Einleger Wohnung in unserem Wohnhaus. Hier im Dorf gibt es 2 Gasthäuser und einen kleinen Laden in dem man alles Notwendige findet. Fußballplatz und Spielplatz sind gleich um die Ecke. Wir haben eine schöne Aussicht über das Rheintal.
