The river has heavy tidal flow (no river use from home). The Hoquiam River support runs of Chinook, chum, and coho salmon, steelhead, and sea-run trout. just a couple of miles upriver from Historic Downtown Hoquiam restaurants, stores and shops, 20 min to coast 45 min drive to Lake Quinault hiking trails South Shore Trailhead.

Whispering Waves is a cozy little beach home great for solo travelers, couples, and small families to stay within a quiet neighborhood with a big yard and is only .6mi to the beach! The home embraces the unique and beachy feel of Westport with a few local art pieces and an indoor/outdoor space with fire table. It is a short walk and even shorter drive (w/plenty of parking) to the beach, lighthouse, a family-/dog-friendly brew pub, coffee, and grocery and it's only 2 miles to downtown Westport!

Welcome to our cozy, comfortable home in the classic small town of Montesano. Close to Aberdeen, Elma, Central Park and McCleary. It's a 30 minute drive to Olympia and 45 minutes to the beach. You'll find restaurants, a supermarket and more in town. Nearby you'll find two state parks. Ocean beaches are an easy drive away, and we're on the Olympic National Park loop. High speed Wifi and Netflix. Free parking. 2 pets allowed for a small one-time fee. Relax in this friendly environment!

There’s an enclosed walkway and patio area offering privacy and a safe enclosure for pets. An outdoor space near your entry offers two chairs, a tabletop gas grill, and a crab pot cooker.
