Secluded small farm house nestled in among maple, apple and pine trees. Lots of parking for trailers and guests. Wood burning Sauna on property. Just a short walk down the hill is our Private rock beach On Lake Superior with a fire pit to get cozy and watch the sunset. The main cabin also has a fire pit for your enjoyment. This is a quiet place with whitetail deer being the only thing to come and visit. Occasionally you’ll see bald eagles fly overhead looking for their dinner. Walking trails.

Located on Portage Lake in Chassell, MI, near Houghton with quick access to Michigan Tech University, this rustic family cabin is a great place for either an overnight stay or a longer getaway. It provides a great home base for travel in the Keweenaw peninsula! As a 1930s cabin with a sauna on the lake along with a great view, the focus is on the experience! We find guests who truly enjoy our place are flexible with rustic conditions (not looking for Holiday Inn Express) and young at heart!

On the waterfront with everything!

Beautiful home with 4 bedrooms on the waterfront. This is the best you will find. All the amenities - fast wi-fi, 3 TVs (satellite), full size kitchen, washer/dryer, and plenty of parking near the snowmobile trail. Mont Ripley is right nearby for skiers. Two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. New grill added on 6/19/2020. The home is being updated as needed. From new oven mitts to anything else needing an upgrade. Check out the pictures. This is not your average rental home.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin on Lake Superior. The views are amazing day and night. With panoramic views from inside and out you’ll have amazing sunsets and spectacular views of the lake. The nighttime views of the stars and the Northern Lights are even better! Inside there is plenty of room to stretch out and relax, sit in front of the fireplace, relax in the jacuzzi tub or even play a game of pool. Just a short drive to Eagle River, Eagle Harbor and Copper Harbor.

Kerban's Overlook

Nice, clean apartment just 5 minutes from Michigan Tech and a view of Portage Lake (lake access too!). One stall of garage parking available so you can go right from car to apartment without dealing with the snow. The driveway is plowed. Wifi, heat, keurig coffee selection included. Washer and dryer are in the spacious bathroom with a shower. Full kitchen and electric fireplace. Stairlift from garage. Queen sized bed with additional pullout couch (about full sz) and toddler bed.

Captains Quarter's House

Captains Quarter's is located in a unique fishing village with the Big Traverse River on one side and Lake Superior on the other. Inside the home large windows provide views of both the lake and the river. Your private beach on Lake Superior is 110 steps away from the back door. The sunrises along with views of the Huron Mountains, sandstone cliffs of Louis Point are a site to see, from the comforts of the home. Snowmobile trail is very close just 9/10's of a mile away.

This 4 bedroom 2 bath home is located next to chutes and ladders located on portage canal next to Houghton beach, Chutes & Ladders, and Houghton public docks. Home is a short walk to Michigan Tech and historic downtown. There are two kayaks and 2 bikes available for you to use and explore the canal or downtown. Otter House is a beautifully appointed log cabin in the trees overlooking Otter Lake. It is comfortably furnished with a well equipped kitchen. The lakefront has a small beach, 3 kayaks, a canoe, hammocks and a fire pit. Otter Lake is a tranquil spot with great fishing and very little boat traffic. There is a parking pad for your RV or trailer. *Please note that the entry is on the basement level and the main living area is up a flight of stairs.
