Family friendly house and garden!

Our old family home is located Hvidovre (suburb 7 km from CPH). The neighbourhood is quiet and enjoyable with a local park just down the road. Public busses are 200m walk away and connect to trains or take you straight to Copenhagen Central Station. You can easily leave your car in our carport. 200 m walk will take you to the local supermarket. Because of the war in Ukraine and to take care of the environment we have closed down the use of gas in the house and use in stead solar energy to heat the water and heat the house with a heat pump. This mean that our tap water is cold, but don't worry you will be able to take a hot shower with the water heated by solar energy. We will give you the easy instructions on how to. The house's central room is a big living room with dining table, grand piano and an open kitchen. There is an additional living room with TV. 2 double bedrooms - 1 with a baby cot. Connected to kitchen/living room is a covered terrace with seating. Great for dinners in good weather or to have a coffee whilst listening to the sound of rain. The garden has a wooden terrace to enjoy the evening sun. According to the season the garden offers produce; Apples, salads, spices and berries - true fun for children. We very much hope you will feel just as home as we do.

You will love this spacious house close to the airport, with fireplace, private pool 10x5 m, large garden with dart, badminton, gas grill and a huge trampoline. The house easily sleeps 8 persons in 5 seperate rooms. Babycot can be arranged additionally. Public transport takes you to downtown Copenhagen in 15 min, and 10 min walk to the beach and harbor. We have a sweet cat, that wander around the neighbourhood, that we hope you will feed during your stay. We are looking forward to hosting you:)

Velkommen til vores hjem. En villa med masser af lys, luft og fælles hygge i stuen, haven og på stranden. Huset har 2 venlige katte. Kattene går selv ind og ud ad en lem i kælderen. I skal altså kunne tåle kat, og ville forpligte jer på at give tørfoder og drikkevand i deres skåle én gang i døgnet. Vi plejer at lukke dem i kælderen for natten, men dette er op til jer. Inden for kort afstand ligger både Hvidovre Strandpark, Kystagerparken og Åmarken st. for S-tog til København (10 min).

Dette hus er perfekt til en ferie i København med familie eller grupperejse. Tæt på park og strand, og kun 15min fra København ! Stor have med trampolin og basket ball. Opvarmet pool med fjernovervågning af klorindhold for sikker hygiejne. Sengeplads til op til 10 voksne og 2 børn: 2 store dobbeltsenge (180cm) 1 mindre dobbeltseng (140cm) 4 enkeltsenge (80cm) 1 barneseng Ekstra madrasser Husets kat er børnevenlig, men kan holdes udenfor. Og terrariet med gekkoer kræver ingen pasning.

Der er gratis parkeringsmuligheder foran huset. Det tager under 15 min. at gå til Hvidovre station også 30 min. til centrum af København med toget . Der er altid økologisk kaffe i huset

The house has a great atmosphere with big windows that give a lot of light. On the main floor, we have the entrée which gives way to the living room and big kitchen, as well as the master bedroom and a bathroom. Stairs bring to the upper floor which has 3 children's rooms, and a toilet. In the basement, there is another guest room, a laundry room, and an extra bathroom. The garden is cozy and big enough for any kind of game. You can enjoy a bit of motion on the trampoline :)

Charming Family Townhouse Near Beach & Harbour

Relax with the whole family in our cozy home, just minutes from Hvidovre Harbour and the beach. Perfect for families or 1–2 adults with up to 2 children. The house offers one queen bed (160×200 cm), a children’s room with a bunk bed and pull-out bed (both 90×200 cm), and a queen bed (160×200 cm) in the loft. Copenhagen is only 15 minutes away. Our friendly cat, Ingo, lives here, comes and goes through her cat flap, and we’d appreciate it if you refill her food bowl if needed.

Lejligheden er børnevenlig, og der er gratis parkering. Det tager 20 minutter at cykle til Vesterbro og centrum af København - og turen tager 8 minutter i tog.
