The property is a 5 minute walk across a cricket pitch from the car-park (Can get muddy!)

Just 8 miles from the costal village of Rye, 12 miles from the stunning beaches of Camber Sands, Hectors hut is an idillic quiet spot to stay with all of the modern amenities of Tenterden just 2 miles away.

Enjoy this cosy but spacious room, it has its own entrance with a south facing patio and garden. An ensuite shower room and super king size bed. The room has lovely views,and private garden over looking a tree lined paddock, full of wildlife. Enjoy an early morning cuppa whilst relaxing in the super king size bed, or a evening glass of wine on the patio, and you may even see an owl swooping and foraging for food. There is a great pub only a short 5 minute walk away.

Nestled in the High Weald AONB, between the two historic towns of Tenterden and Rye is our shepherd's hut "Gordon's View". Located on a quiet working farm our hut has beautiful uninterrupted countryside views and is situated in it's own field with peaceful surroundings that make it feel very private. The large patio doors opening onto the outside seating area, the wood burner and the underfloor heating all make for a comfortable stay at any time of the year!

It is the ideal place to turn off that phone and unwind with your glass of your favourite tipple in the woodfired hot tub underneath the big starry sky.
