This cottage is centrally located between Baddeck, Inverness and Cheticamp. It is approximately 30 min each way. It features a lovely, large back yard with firepit area and mountain views. The Portree bridge is a short walk down the road, which is a popular swimming spot. The river runs along the opposite side of the road. There are lots of local beaches, hiking trails and golf courses in the area. The property also has direct access to the highland snowmobile/atv trails.

Welcome to this 2-bedrooom ocean-side, vacation home packed full of modern-day comforts and located within 5 minutes drive of the restaurants, shops and fisherman's dock of the Acadian village of Cheticamp. Enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic ocean, Cape Breton's rugged coastline and spectacular sunsets from every room.
