Due to the location and lack of transportation options, some type of vehicle is required and 4 wheel drive is recommended in the winter.

Ours is a studio apartment located directly across the road from gold medal trout water on the South Platte River. The entire apartment has been updated and offers peace and quiet along with a quarter mile of private river access. This is a get away perfect for fly fishermen. My wife and I live in the ranch house across the road and are always available to answer questions and share information about the area.
