Hummingbird House is a beautiful 2 bedroom home on Utila. Accommodations include, parking, WiFi, and a full kitchen. Each Bedroom has a separate entrance, both with a Queen Bed, full bathroom, air conditioning, mini-refrigerator/microwave, bed linens and towels. A unique feature is the private rooftop deck that is great for sunning & star gazing. Guests can enjoy snorkeling nearby, take a swim at Chepas Beach or enjoy a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride into town. Ferry pick up is available upon request.

Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #2 and #3 are also available for booking.

Newly renovated upscale home located at the end of main street at the upper lagoon bridge. Fully insulated, fully airconditioned and energy efficient. Built to USA building code. Short walk to popular dive centers, restaurants, bars and Bando Beach. Off grid solar powered. Two spacious porches. Private water supply. Fenced and gated for privacy. Lined with mangroves on the lagoon side. Spacious yard with colorful landscaping. Spectacular sunrises can be seen from the house.

Nuestras cabañas están completamente amuebladas con electrodomésticos nuevos. Cuentan con agua caliente en la ducha, el baño, el lavabo y el fregadero. La cocina está equipada con estufa, horno, refrigerador, microondas, cafetera y hervidor de agua. En la sala hay un sofá seccional muy cómodo con mesa de centro, wifi y Smart TV. Hay una zona de picnic al aire libre con barbacoa para eventos especiales. En la parte trasera de la cabaña también hay una ducha exterior.

The Beach Casita is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a rustic, self-contained oceanfront retreat with views of the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained oceanfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks and Adirondack rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.

Casa Colorada - in the Heart of an Island Paradise

Casa Colorada is located on the Utila Cays, just 20 minutes by boat from Utila. The apartment is facing the ocean and is located in the ground floor of the house with direct access to the ocean. The ambiance of the property invites to relax in a hammock, sunbathe, go snorkeling or swimming and to enjoy quiet evenings around the fire pit. Moreover the property is close to local restaurants and convenience stores.

The Little Grass Shack

We are delighted to once again offer our unique cottage to travellers. Recently renovated (June 2023) with a new thatched roof, fresh paint, and love. The Grass Shack is a relaxing space with high ceilings, a queen sized bed, private bathroom, a comfortable sofa, work space, and an old rocking chair to chill in with a book. It has a private patio, and guests are welcome to use our little pool to cool down.
