Wembley is ideally located 10 min from the city and 10 min from Floreat and City Beach, beachside cafes, pubs restaurants. Public transport is easily accessed. A fabulous gourmet market and wine shop are close by. Welcome:)

Overlooking Perth city with glimpses of the Swan River & a stones throw to Kings Park. The studio has been lovingly restored - a cosy, unique & modern space. The studio is fresh & clean with a lift to get you to the top floor. Built in the 60's the outside is a bit worn & has some quirks. The property is located next to the freeway and has double glazing installed to mitigate noise. Parking is free, but there is not a dedicated space. There is street parking (free overnight & paid during day).
