The house is on two levels the first one includes a kitchen and 1 wc.The second 2 bedrooms with one bathroom.The house has a large terrace with amazing view to vourkari.

studio 25 τ.μ. με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα, βρίσκεται 5 μ. από την παραλία του Καλό Λιβαδιού, ικανό να φιλοξενήσει έως 3 άτομα. Ενιαίος χώρος με 1 διπλό και 1 μονό κρεβάτι, μπάνιο με ντουζ, μικρή κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Μπροστά από το studio υπάρχει ένας επίπεδος προαύλιος χώρος 500μ. με φυτά και δέντρα που προσφέρει στιγμές ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης.

You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. My place is in walking distance from the Temple of Poseidon in Cape Sounio, overlooking the blue Mediterranean sea. You’ll love it because of the comfy bed, the view with its breath-taking sunsets and its location altogether, as it is an hour drive away from Athens and relatively close to the Airport.
