The property is located in a fairly quiet and family orientated street. The unit is on the same property as the main house and is a generous size approx 70sqM. You'll have access to the pool (un-heated) and BBQ area as well. I ask that you please limit guest numbers (if at all). My interaction will be fairly minimal.
