This charming house allows you to enjoy the picturesque natural surrounds. The house is old and far from perfect! The bathroom is the original. There is a King bedroom with TV, a Queen bedroom, and a bunk bed bedroom (double bed on bottom/single top). The fourth bed is a comfortable Queen Size Sofa Bed, located in the lounge, which can be partitioned off from the rest of the house via block out blinds. We are located in a small riverfront laneway with just 3 properties, and yet just a 4 min drive to the village of Kenilworth. Children, adults and pets have a fabulous time spreading out on the river front lawns and accessing the river for swims, kayaking or fishing. Or just sit beside the outdoor (or indoor) fire and relax and unwind while the family play.
