This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

Guest Suite with Private Entrance

My wife Justine and I are pleased to host this guest suite with private secure entrance and private bathroom. We do live in the main part of the house full time so you may hear us rattling around from time to time and coming and going or working in the yard but most of our time is spent at the opposite end of the house. The room is completely private and inaccessible from the main house. The screened in porch is shared with the main house. We do not currently have WiFi access in the Airbnb.

This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. This little cabin like home is perfect, if your'e looking to escape from your everyday life. Its like being on a far away island but in southern Jersey. You want to bring all your necessities when coming in because the closest grocery store is about 30 mins away. We offer kayaks to be used and a vast variety of fishing equipment. Welcome to Mary's Place! Wait until you see the amazing views from the roof deck, which overlooks the Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge. The Sunsets are spectacular, and it's a bird watchers dream! Mary's Place has a large screened porch and a large outdoor shower. Enjoy walks on the beach along the Delaware Bay, which is directly across the street. Bikes are available for your enjoyment.
