Enjoy our cosy, centrally-located retreat in the historic market town of Pocklington, the jewel in the crown of East Yorkshire. Sitting at the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds and blessed with amenities, the town is just half an hour from York, Beverley or Malton and extremely well-served by buses. Our beautiful, cottage-style townhouse is welcoming and homely, just one minute from shops, bars, and restaurants. Whether staying for a holiday or work, this comfy three-storey townhouse won’t disappoint.

York is 20 min by car. Country Houses , Sledmere, Castle Howard and Burton Agnes are all within a 30 minute drive. Family/ friends, Male or Female groups welcome. Perfect if you like a bold, colourful and clean place to stay. * This ground floor flat is not suited for most people with mobility issues. There is a sofa bed & the main bed is on a platform.

Ideal for cyclists, bird watchers, walkers and anyone who wishes to enjoy a rural location close to the attractions of the city of York. There is no regular public transport.

Please also note that the property has slipper baths - there are no showers or shower heads (see pictures) Private area with seating and a hot tub. We are in the countryside but only 2 miles from local amenities. Pocklington is 2 miles, The beautiful city of York is 12 miles, the coast is only an hours drive.
