Διαθέτει 2 μονά κρεβάτια και είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια αλλά και φίλους.Το μπαλκόνι στις φωτογραφίες αποτελεί κοινόχρηστο μπαλκόνι μεταξύ τον δύο δωματίων μου και βρίσκεται στα 2 μέτρα απόστασης απο το κατάλυμα

Στην γειτονιά μας υπάρχει ,φαρμακείο,καφετέρια με ποικιλία προϊόντων και νόστιμα πρωινά.Επίσης βενζινάδικο και ιατρικό κέντρο.Το χωριό απέχει μόλις 1χλμ απο το Β.λιμάνι του νησιού,τον γραφικό Εύδηλο Ικαρίας όπου εκεί θα απολαύσετε,καφέ, φαγητό και οτι άλλο εσείς επιθυμείτε.
