It is steps away from Kleinhan's Music Hall, Pausa and the Allentown Strip; a walk or short drive to Canalside, the Theater District, Elmwood Village, Rotary Rink, Keybank Center, and The Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. Down town Buffalo, Entire house

This House consist of a classic downtown Buffalo Double/duplex, it stretching​ over three floors with internal access to each apartment. This is why you will have two kitchens, three living rooms, seven bedrooms and 2.5 baths. 4 balconies, 2 gass grills. The basement is primarily our use, and it's a separate side entrance. There is a studio in the basement that I on occasion use. The only shared space would be if you want access to the washer and dryer, upon request for longer stays.

This cozy, centrally-located studio/1BR is in the heart of Allentown. It is 2 blocks from the new medical campus, five minutes from downtown, five minutes from Elmwood Village, and two minutes from all the bars of Allentown. It is across the street from many of the shops in Allentown. We are passionate about Buffalo and would love to host you and help make your Buffalo experience special. FYI, the unit can be noisy at night, especially on the weekend, and is on the third floor.
