Perched on the edge of the Sunshine Coast highlands overlooking the ocean from Mt Coolum to north Caloundra, you are surrounded by rolling hills and 166 acres of lush green pastures where fullblood wagyu cattle are farmed. Architecturally designed to capture sea breezes all year round, enjoy a spacious Retreat with 360 degree views, where nights are always cool at this altitude. Wake up in the morning to just the sounds of the birds in your retreat set in 10 acres of rural paradise. Our property is home to a great many native species, including wallabies and over 100 species of birds. We have no domestic pets. Head into Samford village for a coffee at one of the many iconic coffee shops, or take a stroll through the nearby rainforests of Mt Glorious and Mt Nebo.

Foliar House - Treehouse Luxury

Take some time away in a luxury home amongst the trees. Foliar House is situated at the summit of Mount Glorious, surrounded by pristine rainforest which is home to bird-life, pademelons and sugar-gliders, hiking trails and a locals-only waterfall. Featuring 5m high ceilings, the first floor of Foliar combines a generous open-plan living with fireplace, dining room and kitchen. You’ll find the main bedrooms on the second floor, both with Queen Beds, as well as a private ensuite.

The Elm House Studio

Part of our little community sits the Elm House Studio, a two story, hand-hewn, hardwood dream cabin in the rainforest. This one-bedroom mountain retreat (only 50 mins from Meanjin/Brisbane) includes a self-contained kitchen, luxury linens, a claw foot bath and a fireplace for all of your cosy dreams to unfold. Walking access to world-famous rainforest walks and only a 10 minute drive to swim in the beautiful ‘Pixie Pools’ and Northbrook gorge. Weddings welcome.
