Moderni ja viihtyisä hirsihuvila Villa Joutsensalmi sijaitsee Salmilammella vain muutaman minuutin ajomatkan päässä Rukan keskustan monipuolisista palveluista. Hyvin varusteltu Villa Joutsensalmi luo hienot puitteet aktiiviselle lomanvietolle kaikkina vuodenaikoina ainutlaatuisessa Kuusamon luonnossa. Kesäisin ja syksyisin retkeily- ja maastopyöräreiteille pääsee lähimaastosta. Talvella ja keväällä Rukan ympäristön hoidetuille hiihtoladuille sekä moottorikelkkareiteille pääsee mökin pihasta.

Viihtyisä kelohirsi paritalo lähellä Rukan keskusta. Keittiössä kaikki tarvittavat laitteet (tiskikone, induktioliesi, uuni , mikro) sekä kattavat astiastot. Mökin alakerrassa olohuone-keittiö avotilana sekä yksi makuuhuone jossa parivuode. Parvi-yläkerta jonka päädyissä erilliset makuutilat. Toisessa levitettävä vuodesohva ja toisessa kaksi erillistä sänkyä. Wifi-yhteys, ilmalämpöpumppu, 11kw-laturi type2 liittimellä (sähkö veloitetaan erikseen). Hiihtoladulle lyhyt matka mökin pihasta!

Mökki/huoneisto Rukalla Salmilammen alueella. Rukan palvelut ovat vain parin kilometrin päässä. Huoneistossa alhaalla tupa, keittiö, makuuhuone, pesuhuone, sauna. Ylhäällä parvi. Mökin varustelu on runsas mm. Televisio, dvd-soitin, radio, wlan, pesukone, kuivauskaappi, suihkukaappi, sähkökiuas, hiustenkuivain, silitysrauta, sähköliesi, mikro, uusi astianpesukone, runsas astiasto, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin, blenderi, kunnon ruoanlaittovälineet. Takkapuut sisältyvät vuokraan.
