Our beautiful houseboat is only 12 min from Amsterdam centre by train & 5 min from the famous Zaanse Schans windmills! Use our boat to visit the local mills in the nature area, relax in the large sunny garden or on our spacious terrace boat! It's the ideal location to enjoy a relaxed holiday and also be close to all the famous attractions! A rowing boat and bikes are available (for free) so you can enjoy all the attractions in the area near the houseboat! We're looking forward to meeting you!

Our guesthouse is located in a dead-end street just a 10-minute walk away from the centre of Zaandam (with restaurants, bars and shops). Free parking . The guesthouse is in our backyard, which is so quite that you think you are in the countryside instead of just 30 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam which is very easy to be reached. Your stay is including 2 free bikes! The house is private and comfortable. Our prices are including Euro 5 tourist tax per person/night. So no additional charges!

Via public transports in the neighborhood you will arrive in 10 min. in the city center of Zaandam or Zaanse Schans en in 20 min. Amsterdam centrum. Within 5 minutes walk you will find a shopping area with supermarkets and different kind of shops and restaurants.
