Situated in the heart of old upper town Zagreb, tourists hotspots, the Strossmayer walkway, the Grič Park and the St. Markos church, this exclusive cosy home of 75m2 with a gallery above and a fireplace is the perfect place for your Zagreb trip.

The apartment accommodates up to 4 people. It has 1 bedroom, a kitchen/dining area/sleeping area, a bathroom, and a balcony. The kitchen is supplied with basic cutlery, plus a kettle and a microwave. There is a big TV situated on the wall of the bedroom, and a wardrobe containing extra sheets, blankets and pillows. The bathroom is supplied with all the basic toiletry. There is AC. Our apartment is 1km away from Rastoke, 30km away from Plitvice lakes, and 6min of walk to the center of the town.

House Naomi je smještena u mjestu Rakovica, Irinovac 171, oko 8 kilometara od Plitvičkih jezera i oko 20 kilometara od Rastoka ( Slunj ). U apatrmanu se nalaze 2 velike sobe, 2 velike kupaonice, kuhinja, dnevni boravak i veliki balkon. Gosti u House Naomi mogu se opustiti u mirnom vrtu uz šalicu domaće rakije na terasi i uživati u roštilju. U blizini se nalazi nekoliko restorana koji poslužuju raznovrsna jela. Oko 6 kilometara od House Naomi se nalaze Baraćeve Špilje koje morate posjetiti. :)

The Main Square Penthouse is situated right on the Zagreb main square, Jelacic square, number 4, fourth floor, as central as it gets, just a few steps to all the city sites, museums, restaurants, stores etc. The view from the apartment is amazing, to the famous Dolac food market, the cathedral and the Upper town. We can arrange a taxi pick up/drop off at the airport, with additional charge, and also provide a parking lot in a private garage, 100 meters from the apartment, free of charge.

Gostima su na raspolaganju infracrvena sauna i jacuzzi. Tu je i pečenjara za roštiljanje, te vrtna sjenica za druženje. Lokacija osigurava privatnost, a blizu je svih potrebnih sadržaja. Kuća za odmor "Markoci" je stara hrastova kuća smještena u Grabovcu. Od mjesta Rakovice je udaljena 4 km, mirna lokacija i čisto prirodno okruženje. Kuća ima prostranu travnatu okućnicu i besplatan natkriven parking. Kuća sadrži dnevni boravak, 2 spavaće sobe, 2 kupaonice, saunu, wc i kuhinju. U cijelom objektu dostupan je besplatni WI-FI. Gostu je dostupna oprema za roštilj. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se Baraćeve špilje, a samo nekoliko kilometara dalje Plitvička jezera.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.
