It is part of the Silkaatsnek Nature Reserve, home of Giraffe, Wildebeest, Zebra, Waterbuck, Kudu, Impala & various other Antelope, birds, etc. We are situated in the Hartbeespoort Dam area, which uses the slogan “Close to the City, Out of this World” for many reasons. There is no other place in South Africa where you can find such a variety of top quality activities and restaurants.

Forestiva Farm - Mountain Retreat

Located near the top of a mountain in the Magaliesberg Biosphere and overlooking the Hennops River Valley lays a one of a kind, off the grid, luxurious mountain retreat. We are part of the Crocodile River Reserve, an irreplaceable biodiversity area. Emerge yourself into the wild, relax in a tranquil natural environment and go hunt that thirst for adventure. Removed from any amenities you find yourself free as a bird. Forget the concrete jungle and follow us into the cradle of the African bush.

The Two Wild Olives-Shumba Self-Catering Unit

Shumba is an "African feel" garden cottage that is ideal for a family. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom(ensuite bathrooms) with a fully equipped kitchen and a small lounge. (It can accommodate 6 people :4 adults and 2 children) Bed Set-up: 2 x Kings OR 1 King + 2 singles OR 4 x singles(bedroom) + 2 x Single sleeper couches in lounge *Only 1 parking bay per unit. We are ideally situated 6km from Pilanesberg National Park and are only a 20km away from Sun City Casino and Entertainment Center.

Nyati Garden Cottage - Shelley's Sleepover

This cozy self-catering cottage is nestled in our back garden. It is ideally situated 6km from the Manyane gate of Pilanesberg National Park. It is fully equipped and can sleep up to 3 people sharing. There are emergency lights, a gas stove and a gas geyser to make your stay more comfortable during load shedding. There is a private BBQ/braai on the small verandah for you to enjoy. The swimming pool in the front garden over looks the Pilanesberg mountain providing a lovely view. Enjoy it.

Magaliesberg Mountain Lodge

Our Lodge on the mountain has the best views in the Magaliesberg. With sweeping vistas over the valley, you'll be immediately at peace gazing from the patio. A traditional thatch bush home, The Lodge has been lovingly updated with modern, artistic character. Despite a short 1hr 10 min drive from the city, you'll be transported to the heart of nature in this 2,000 hectare game conservancy. Zebras, giraffes, baboons and buck roam freely with occasional visits to our drinking hole.

Kosmos Heights Self Catering Accom. - Unit One

Unit 1 is a Luxury apartment suitable for 2 guests (unfortunately no children) with amazing views over the dam. There is one bedroom fitted with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with 2 showers and a Jacuzzi bath and fully equipped kitchen. The unit is not wheelchair friendly, as there is a step leading to the bathroom.

Redunca View - Romantic getaway in the bushveld

The luxury self-catering accommodation was designed for two as a romantic escape to the tranquil bushveld. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from your own splash pool. The Redunca View is tucked away on the foot of the Waterberg mountains, out of site of anyone else. **Minimum stay of 2 nights

The Pods

This wooden container Studio provides a luxury bushveld experience, overlooking the Thaba eNtle private boutique game lodge. The Pods have wood-fired hot tubs, are fully solar operational & self-catering. There is no microwave or oven in the kitchenette.
