The house, is 64 m2, accommodates up to 6 guests and has two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Near the house, there is a fantastic Greek taverna and a coffee house.

It is a home by the sea, south of Kythnos at Agios Dimitrios, 17 km (20 minutes) from the island's main port of Merichas. The villa has a large courtyard with unlimited sea views. There is a lounge and dining area outside. Inside, the guest will find everything they need to make their stay enjoyable. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, and a larger bathroom.
