La casina si compone di un soggiorno-cucina molto luminoso, uno spazioso bagno con vasca e finestra e una camera da letto matrimoniale. Il soggiorno ha un divano letto ad una piazza e mezza. La casina, con alcune caratteristiche pareti in pietra, è arredata con gusto, secondo lo stile toscano.
