Between each rental, our concierge carries out a thorough cleaning of the house, however we still ask you to leave the premises in a decent condition, close to the state in which the house was found upon arrival, as you would do at home so that your housekeeper feels respected: we ask you to put the furniture and decorative elements back in place, empty the refrigerator, the bins, wash and put away the dishes, wipe down where necessary (sinks, oven and cooking rings for example) and sweep the floors lightly. L'appartement de 49m2 est composé de 2 chambres(grand chambre vue les jardin, et petit chambre aménagé ), d'un séjour agréable, d'une terrasse abritée et d'un terasse clos en bois. 4 occupantes Pet Friendly 🐕 mais ! 1 seul La foret et la plage sont à moins de 5 minutes à pied et 1 minute à vélo. Les pistes cyclables des Landes vous tendent les bras. Un Wifi non partagé

Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille, proche de la plage et du centre-ville de Capbreton. Vous profiterez d'un bungalow rénové entièrement et de sa piscine chauffée. Vous pourrez vous reposer au choix sur votre terrasse privée ou dans le jardin à l'ombre des pins maritimes et des chênes lièges. C'est la location de vacances idéale pour laisser la voiture le temps de vacances et tout faire à vélo ou à pied! A noter: notre maison se situe juste à côté des bungalows.

Cette cabane a son coin de forêt, vous êtes coupés du reste du monde. Déconnexion totale à quelques pas de la rivière, laissez vos envies vous guider durant votre séjour. La cabane est composée d'une chambre à l'étage avec un lit, en bas une pièce qui donne sur une terrasse qui vous permet de plein pied d'accéder à votre bain nordique. La douche est à l'extérieur, sous un tipi de bambou. Panier repas (30€ p/p) ou planche charcuterie fromage (24€) possibles le soir (commande 48h à l’avance)
