In beautiful villa very close to the lake and ultra residential area: comfortable and beautiful studio of 24 m2 totally independent with entrance and secure private parking, (no space shared with the owner), access to pool prohibited, kitchen, shower toilet sink, TV, wifi. On foot: lake, mountain, beach, village, restaurants, bike rental. Annecy 10 minutes by car. Beautiful mountain view and castle Menthon saint Bernard. Happiness guaranteed with everything at hand.

Luxury apartment with stunning views, sounds of mountain streams and cowbells. This former Swiss border patrol is a communal monument. Our house is the starting point to one of the best walks in Switzerland (according to Lonely Planet) and can take you to the emerald waters of Lac Tanay. In the winter, your family can enjoy the 250-meter long bunny hill ski slope just 100 meters away. I think 'absolutely quaint' is the best description.

Envie d'évasion, pourquoi pas faire un saut sur samoëns (la haute savoie) . pour ce qui ne connaitraient pas ce petit coin , .Vous découvrirez ce petit village avec ses belles montagnes qui l'entourent . il est important que je souligne le calme et la quiétude des lieux. Le petit plus de la location , la terrasse permettant de profiter des belles journées d'été comme d'hiver.. se détendre et profiter de vos vacances bien méritées....
