Great retreat!!!!! This tiny house is open and feels spacious and well equipped for a weekend or over nite stay. Located by a stocked pond excellent for fishing. Enjoy serene hiking areas excellent for peace and getting back to nature. Horses are nearby so enjoy watching them play. All the amenities you can imagine, full size refrigerator, oven and microwave and washer and dryer. A romantic picnic area with soft lights and plenty of privacy. Pet friendly! Our home is a level lot just feet from Balboa Lake, the largest lake in the village. The Village has eight well maintained golf courses and several lakes. We are surrounded by trees which turn magnificent colors in the fall. We are on paved roads and you will have no trouble accessing us. There is a great tennis facility with 12 clay courts and pickle ball courts are also available. The beach area is near us.
