It's adjacent to a city bike trail that links to the Pumpkinvine nature/bike trail. It's close to a train crossing (with whistle) and a busy street.

There is space for your boat & water toys to bring along w/ you or rent items @ a marina while here.

The house is only 5 minutes from either Syracuse or North Webster to check out the local shopping boutiques and farmers markets.
