This house believes in conserving energy and resources, including a xeriscaped front yard and composting. It is friendly and accepting of all people, especially marginalized communities.

Lakewood Guesthouse

4.0 Miles to downtown Denver. A small studio house with a full kitchen and small bathroom. Walking distance to the lightrail station, and Sloan's Lake. While the house is nothing fancy, it is comfortable, close to downtown and a close drive to the mountains. The neighborhood is not particularly walk friendly to restaurants and bars, but a very quick Uber to the city. A couple of my favorite places close by are Westfax Brewing and US Thai. 4/20 friendly outside house.

You'll have a comfortable place to stay at this cozy, peaceful carriage house. Sitting minutes from downtown Denver, the interstate minutes away, 30 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater. Restaurants blocks away on Tennyson St Cultural district. The vaulted pine ceiling allows natural light in giving it an open and airy feeling. A fully functioning kitchen, spacious shower and comfy queen size bed. Private shaded patio and off street parking.
