Luxurious accommodations nestled outside of town on a 3,600 acre privately owned, working cattle ranch. Come enjoy the ranch life style viewing cattle, horses, and the 150 foot barn. Welcome to Lewis House! This is a newly remodeled daylight basement apartment. It is fully independent and sparkling clean. The Downtown House is steeped in all the flavor and festivities of our growing community. Built in 1873, our quirky home boasts fast internet (360Mbps) and amenities for an extended stay. We are steps away from the charming streets of Downtown Laramie and it's thriving restaurants, breweries, unique shops, farmers' market and historic train depot. The University of Wyoming is less than a mile away. This is a great landing spot for those hoping to immerse themselves in the Laramie community.

The Carriage House

The Carriage House is a lovely studio-styled space, located in the tree area of Laramie, near a large park, and within walking distance of our historic downtown! Enjoy the heated floors throughout the entire home while you relax in comfort. It features stained concrete floors with in-floor heating, a full-use kitchen, kitchen table, a small couch, king-size bed, and a full bathroom. There are locks on both doors and street side parking is free and available. There is smart TV available.

Secluded Laramie Retreat 2

Secluded home on 35 acres next to Medicine Bow National Forest. 10 minutes to Laramie, 15 min to Curt Gowdy State Park and 35 min to Cheyenne. Beautiful scenery and abundance of deer and elk. Fenced back yard. Pets are welcome. Two bedrooms with two baths plus twin bed. No cell service or wi fi on site due to location. Landline provided. There is Dish satellite tv. I provide coffee, tea, sugar, flour, spices and eggs if my chickens are generous! Additional BR available upon request.

We are excited to share with you our renovated garage studio apartment. Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Fully stocked kitchen with cookware provided. Cozy up by the gas fireplace. The bed is a queen size memory foam mattress. There is a loading zone next to it. Parking for the building is all street parking around the area. Please note that the A/C is seasonal.

The Art Loft

The art loft is one of the most beautiful spaces in Laramie. It is full of light and space. Designed as a passive solar apartment it is cool in the summer and warm and sunny in the winter. The furnishings are kept tastefully minimal to set off the feel of space but also to draw attention to the artwork. Both the hosts are Proffessional artists and have welcomed a chance to share their work and the work of others. There is never enough wall space!
