Aunt Patricia's Cozy, 2 Bedroom Bed and Breakfast

I have 2 private, bedrooms, that share a roomy bathroom. It is a suite. It is not a complete house. If you wish to reserve the 2nd bedroom, it is an additional $30 per person per night. If there are only two people, but wish to have separate bedrooms it is an extra $30 a night, mark your reservation as three people and that will give you the second bedroom. Enjoy a stocked refrigerator and microwave in a nice seating area. A continental breakfast will be provided.I look forward to meeting you.

Beautiful private space with incredible views.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Only 19 miles from Moscow, with everything you need to be independent, you can enjoy views on every side and an outdoor space that’s available to make your stay feel like a true vacation. The kitchenette allows for freedom to cook your own meals if desired. The space is part of but separated from the main home with keyed doors to protect your privacy. There is also an outdoor kid’s playhouse and a play set with swings, slide and sandbox.

Quaint basement suite in a perfect location

This one bedroom, full kitchen basement suite is across the street from the most beautiful park in town. Mere blocks from downtown, you won't need a car to stroll Main Street or to attend university events. Located in nearly a century old home, the rustic feel is charming and inviting. Our family (with kids and dog) lives in the top two floors but this basement suite has a devoted locked exterior entrance and a private locked interior door creating a safe and cozy environment. When you visit Sunset Ridge you will enjoy the entire lower level of a single family home in a quiet neighborhood. A spacious living area with a large screen TV, two couches, and an electric fireplace provides you with a comfy space to decompress after a busy day on campus, at a game or after a long drive. The two bedrooms sleep 4 people total and a roll away bed is available if needed. The breakfast bar is stocked with coffee, teas, and loads of snacks. There is no sink.

I need to say, if you are looking to have a party, please book elsewhere. This is a quite place for quite people. 1 bedroom apartment, separate outside entrance. Lovely space at the top of the hill, nice view, great natural light. Built in 1966, with original 60's vintage charm. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, new appliances, dining table for 4 and one bathroom, with a brand new shower stall. Designated parking. The living room has a sofa bed.

Whether you are wanting to get off by yourself or wanting to host a small event/wedding/retreat: the "Retreat Suite" at Princeton Highlands is a wonderful place to experience the amazing Idaho Palouse countryside. The "Retreat Suite" is the lower level of our house 30 minutes from U of I in Moscow and 45 minutes from WSU in Pullman. No guest pets.
