Da Hui Hut is a very private oasis uniquely situated at the top of San Diego county's magnificent Mt. Helix. At roughly 1,300 feet above sea level, Mt. Helix is the crown jewel of natural landmarks in the area. The landscape provides bountiful views, and the large deck is positioned perfectly to see it all. It feels like you're on top of the city! Inside, guests will encounter Californian and Hawaiian inspired decor as they collide with wooden walls to compose a symphony of color and good vibes.

If you don’t want to drive it’s close to the trolley that takes you all over the county; downtown, shopping, convention center, and stadiums. 10 minutes from downtown San Diego, 25 min to beaches, and 45 min to the mountains. Relax on the front porch with drinks or eating at the bistro table, the front yard is fenced for kids to play, and WiFi. There is a playpen upon request. Rhett the desert tortoise awaits! The studio is on the ground floor of our two-story house. We live on the 2nd floor, and the studio is it's own completely private space. 5 miles to San Diego State University; 16-20 miles to San Diego beaches; 10 miles to Downtown San Diego; 15 miles to Sea World San Diego; and 13 miles to the World Famous San Diego Zoo!

Traveler beware this is a basic regular ol’ bland neighborhood (nothing to do walking distance) I do have gr8 news is, we are at close proximity (1 mile) to the freeway allowing for easy access and seamless exploration of all San Diego has to offer.
