SeaShell Apartment

SeaShell is a 75m`2 apartment at village Skala Maries on Thasos Island. Is in the centre of the village and 50-70m from the main beach. Also nearby at same distance there are SuperMarket, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Caffes. Parking space is for one car at house main entrance. There are 2 more beaches very close (150m -200m) accessible by foot. Both of our two balconies have Sea and Sunset view. This apartment is not available for parties. We available 24h/d for every info or serve you want.

Annousa's House is a spacious village house for 8 to 10 - perfect also for EARLY EASTER, with full central heating. Relax with the tranquil spirit of "Greece past" around you. Enjoy sunsets over the sea from the large balcony. Only 2km from the closest beach, nestling on the hillside, Kallirahi is a peaceful haven off the beaten track. The huge living area leads onto the balcony in front and the courtyard behind, with a shaded area with a barbecue. Dining tables both inside and outside.

Since 2017, we've hosted more than 110 groups of guests, providing excellent accommodation in a relaxed, beautiful, quiet and friendly environment. It's a traditional island villa built by our family with love, respecting the island's identity, nature and architecture. The villa is spacious and ideal for 6 guests. 2 δωματια πληρη (με WC το καθενα) σε κεντρικο σημειο. Ιδανικο για 2 οικογένειες που θελουν να περασουν παρεα τις διακοπές ή για μια μεγαλη παρεα εως 8 ανθρωπων. Δημοσιο δωρεαν παρκινγκ ακριβως πισω απο το σπιτι. Πολυ κοντα υπαρχει φουρνος,καφε, mini market,καταστηματα. Η θαλασσα ειναι στα 250 μετρα με τα ποδια, πολυ ευκολη προσβαση με δρομο χωρις ανηφορες ή σκαλες. Το σπιτι ειναι ολοκαίνουριο, υπερσύγχρονο κατασκευης 2024. Στα μπαλκονια υπαρχουν τεντες για σκιαση.

SeaShell 2 Apartment

"Seashell2” is a 46 sq.m. apartment in Skala Maries village of Thassos. It is located in the heart of the village and 50-60 m away from the main beach. In a very close distance there is a super market, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shop. There is also easy parking near the apartment. In addition, at a very short distance (150-200 m.) there is easy access to two more beaches of the village. We are at your disposal for information and any serve you want.

TZANETI'S HOUSE

Η οικία Τzaneti είναι ένας μοντέρνος χώρος που βρίσκεται στο Λιμένα Θάσου, είναι μόνο 300 μέτρα από την κοντινότερη παραλία, Αι Βασίλης και 1,5 χιλ από το κέντρο της πόλης. Διαθέτει έναν όμορφο κήπο, με τραπέζι και παγκακια!!! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται απέναντι από τον ιερό ναό της Αγίας Τριάδας και δίπλα υπάρχει μία παιδική χαρά. Ο περιβάλλων χώρος περιστοιχιζεται από δέντρα , σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά. Στα 50 μέτρα είναι το πλησιέστερο super market.
